KES Consulting Enterprises ("KES", "we") operates this website and the AI Business Fit Check. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you type into our forms, including your name, email address, business name, and any notes you choose to share.
• Your responses to the AI Business Fit Check, such as how often you use AI, the work areas you select, and the weekly hours you report.
• An optional value you may enter for what one hour of your time is worth. This is never required.
• Basic analytics and technical data, such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser type, referring link, and any campaign source in the URL.
• Payment related information is handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that a purchase was completed and an order reference. We do not collect or store your full card details.

How we use information

• To calculate and display your AI Business Fit Score and results.
• To email your AI Business Fit Snapshot when you ask us to send it.
• To deliver and support services you purchase, such as the AI Business Fit Audit.
• To respond to your questions and to follow up about a service you asked about.
• To understand overall site performance and improve our pages and wording.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your individual assessment answers for research or publication unless you separately give us explicit permission.

Third party services

We use trusted service providers to operate the site: hosting and application infrastructure, a database and authentication provider, an email delivery provider, a checkout and payment provider, and a scheduling tool for calls. These providers process information only as needed to run the service on our behalf.

How long we keep information

We keep assessment responses and contact details for as long as needed to provide the service, meet business records requirements, and honor your requests. You can ask us to remove your information sooner.

Your choices

• You can complete the free Check without creating an account.
• You can ask us to correct information you submitted.
• You can ask us to delete your information, including your email address and assessment responses.
• You can unsubscribe from any email we send.

Children

This site is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
