These terms apply to your use of this website, the free AI Business Fit Check, and any paid services you purchase from KES Consulting Enterprises ("KES"). By using the site, you agree to them.

What the free Check is

The AI Business Fit Check is a short self assessment. It gives general business guidance based on the answers you provide. It shows an AI Business Fit Score, a result level, estimated annual hours tied up in repeat work, the work areas you selected, and a first place to look.

• It is general business guidance, not legal advice.
• It is not financial, tax, or accounting advice.
• It does not guarantee revenue, savings, cost reductions, or any other financial result.
• It is not a guarantee that any specific tool, platform, or technology will work in your business.

About estimates

Any figure involving time or financial value is informational only. Estimates are calculated directly from the information you supply, including the weekly hours you report and the optional value you may enter for one hour of your time. If that information is approximate, the estimate is approximate too.

An estimate is not a promise of savings or revenue. The paid AI Business Fit Audit is where KES reviews your situation in more depth and gives a recommendation about what is realistic to change.

Paid services

Paid services are described on the relevant page at the price shown there. Checkout is handled by our payment provider. Deliverables are recommendations and guidance based on the information you share with us. Results depend on decisions and actions you take in your own business.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information so guidance is useful.
• Do not submit confidential customer records, financial statements, or sensitive files through the free Check.
• Make your own final business decisions, including any decision to buy or adopt a tool.
• Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

Our content

Site content, wording, scoring logic, and materials delivered as part of a paid service are owned by KES Consulting Enterprises. You may use deliverables inside your own business. You may not resell or republish them as your own product.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KES is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business, arising from use of the site or reliance on guidance or estimates. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid KES for the service in question.

Availability and changes

We may update the site, its wording, its pricing, and these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. We may also interrupt or discontinue parts of the site for maintenance or other reasons.
